Maricela Magana Ruiz, 47, of Santa Paula, has been charged with felony child endangerment and arson after authorities were called to a blaze at her home in Bahia Circle at around 6:10 p.m. on Sunday, December 1. The case—National Pork Producers Council v. Ross—involves a pork industry challenge to California’s Proposition 12, an animal welfare law adopted in 2018 via ballot initiative requiring that certain meat products and eggs sold in the state meet minimum humane, health and safety standards. According to the local police, a group of people were gathered at the home in the area of Cedar and Clarkson for a party when the shooter opened fire against attendants at around 5:30 p.m. Authorities have not yet released information around how many people were shot and what their conditions are, as they wait to inform family members. This past August, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) voted to ban gas-powered cars by 2035. The measure requires all new cars and light trucks sold in the state to not emit carbon and other greenhouse gases, in an effort to lower the state’s carbon emissions. Proposition 30, which was on the ballot Tuesday, proposed a 1.75 percent tax on residents earning more than $2 million annually. While Call of Duty: Modern Warfare quickly became an incredibly popular title, one major and consistent complaint from fans surrounded the mini-map. During the beta sessions, Infinity Ward opted to completely remove it, only bringing it back when a recon based killstreak like the UAV was called in. Feedback from fans ultimately made the team add it back in, but still removed the ability to see enemy fire. The change didn’t completely satisfy fans, but it managed to easy the tension at the very least....

File size has long been a concern of the Call of Duty community, as each update seems to grow the already massive install size for recent games. Console players are especially worried, but Activision has released the file sizes prior, giving fans time to prepare for the update. Season 4 of Call of Duty: Warzone launches on June 16, and June 15 for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War....
