The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department received a report from staff at the Los Osos High School after a recording device was found in the restroom used by female students. Investigators later found evidence suggesting that the camera was placed there by school staff member David Riden, police said in a statement released on August 25. The 52-year-old has worked at the school since 2015 in roles including, boys’ locker room attendant and assistant coach for the Los Osos Grizzlies varsity football team....
The three Lightning Complex groups are made up of multiple fires burning thousands of acres across several counties in California, with thousands of residents under evacuation orders and warnings. Governor Gavin Newsom has secured two Fire Management Assistance Grants (FMAGs) from FEMA, ensuring the availability of resources to suppress the LNU Lightning Complex Fire burning in Napa County, as well as the Jones Fire in Nevada County. Newsom declared a statewide emergency on Tuesday, saying in a statement: “We are deploying every resource available to keep communities safe as California battles fires across the state during these extreme conditions....
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s first season battle pass, dubbed an Operation, is called Operation First Strike. Operation First Strike features 200 tiers of progression, earned simply by putting time into playing any mode within the game. Like other battle passes not every tier in the Operation will unlock new content, but it is permanently unlocked when you do. Each operation will only be available for a limited time, with Operation First Strike tentatively ending in early December....
Treyarch describes Frequency as a “very small” map that the team also referred to as “frenetic” during the course of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s development because it offers a lot of “fast-paced action” and has a “really great flow to it.” Set on a listening station in Hunan province, a mountainous province in Southern China, this particular multiplayer map is constantly moving players around, says Treyarch. The developer adds that Frequency guides players into “great, intense head-on battles” and they will have to be careful as the outer layers of the map are treacherous and their characters can fall off of the edge....

In an interview with Venture Beat, Treyarch Co-Studio Head Dan Bunting revealed some key details about Black Ops Cold War. The game is capable of 4K resolution at a 120hz refresh rates, meaning it should look great and has the capability of running exceptionally smoothly. Fortunately, all the new Zombies intel are found inside of Outbreak, helping to make the search a fair bit easier. Further, a vast majority is tied to the new Zoo region and the latest Outbreak Easter egg quest, giving players a clear place to focus their attention. The Fennec was added along with a brand new rarity to the free-to-play title.
