Although the developers constantly work to fix Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War bugs, the problems still continue to appear. Raid has had several issues that fans say did not appear in its original debut back in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. While they are not game-breaking, they make for interesting clips and further proof that the game needs a little extra work.

In a clip posted by EthanBeDoggo to Reddit, the player is in a multiplayer match on Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Raid. The clip begins with then assaulting the enemy with some strategic maneuvering and cover awareness. As they are gunned down, they respawn and take their spot again when suddenly they notice a strange player stuck on the floor below.
The allied player model is seen in the clip with his arms up and head barely sticking out. Although the player can move and shoot, they can not make it over the small step that others can freely walk over. It is unclear how they got stuck in the floor, but now that they are there, all players can do is watch.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has seen its fair share of bugs, but being stuck in the ground is a new one for many fans. Players in the comments call the game the “buggiest COD I’ve ever played,” with another fan commenting, “This game is busted.” While this bug appears to be minor, the community is seeing a deeper problem than just a graphical glitch.
It is unclear how the player ended up in the ground, but past experience in other glitches does offer a possible solution. There are several spots in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War maps that act as holes, allowing objects, players, and even bullets to slip through the mesh. These holes could be the cause of the player’s situation, as they could have glitched in between the map and gotten stuck there on a semi-permanent basis.
There is a high chance that a forced respawn could free the player. Anyone who ends up in a similar situation is recommended to either leave the match or try to line up the enemy fire and force the game to respawn the model. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War developers may be unaware of the bug, so more footage could put this situation into a brighter light.
