So, let’s see.  That’s Call of Duty 7 from Treyarch, due this year.  A new Call of Duty from Infinity Ward (assuming there is anyone left at Infinity Ward to make the game), speculatively due next year.  And a totally new Call of Duty game from Sledgehammer Games, the studio formed by the one-time heads of Visceral Games. That’s a lot of Call of Duty.  Given Activision’s record of, how shall I put it… saturating the market with titles from their successful franchises, how worried should we be about Call of Duty going the Guitar Hero route?  Says Amrich:
